Victoire de Tonquédec
Victoire de Tonquédec has been an Attorney at the Paris Bar since 2018 and is a certified mediator with the Conseil National des Barreaux (National Council of Bars) and Centre National des Règlements de Litiges (National Dispute Resolution Center) of the Paris Bar.
Before founding her own firm in 2025, she worked for several law firms specializing in litigation and corporate criminal law. For five years, she headed the Business Litigation department at DUVAL-STALLA & Avocats, where she acquired in-depth expertise in the management of complex disputes. She has notably assisted an airport group, a television channel, and leading banking and real estate players.
She is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University (Master 2 in Corporate Taxation), Paris II Panthéon Assas University (Institute of Criminology and Criminal Law), and Paris Nanterre University (University Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution).
In addition to her work as an attorney and mediator, Victoire de Tonquédec shares her expertise as a teacher. She teaches criminal law to students in the Multidisciplinary Higher Education Program at Paris Sciences Lettres at the Lycée Henri IV and the École Normale Supérieure, as well as corporate criminal law as part of the Grande École program at SKEMA Business School. She also supervises and directs university theses.
Her academic expertise is reflected in her academic publications, particularly in banking law and criminal tax law, where she regularly contributes to enriching legal thinking.
