- A natural termination of pregnancy;
- Fetal death in utero;
- Medical termination of pregnancy;
- Voluntary termination of pregnancy.
Victoire de Tonquédec has actively contributed to parliamentary work on two important pieces of legislation:
- The law of December 6, 2021, aimed at recognizing and naming children born without life;
- The law of July 7, 2023, aimed at promoting psychological support for women having suffered a miscarriage.
In this area, Victoire de Tonquédec puts her expertise at the service of families to support them in their legal and administrative procedures while ensuring they are properly heard and receive appropriate support.
