To cite but a few examples, Victoire de Tonquédec defended an airport group in eviction proceedings, debt collection and breach of contract proceedings. She advised a banking group in litigation relating to the annual percentage rate and the obligations of the banker. She also assisted an investment fund in several disputes relating to the implementation of liability guarantee clauses.
Finally, she advised several SMEs and micro-enterprises in commercial mediation with their suppliers and subcontractors.
